Transforming Recovery for faster healing
Experience the Healing Power of TECAR Therapy

Winback TECAR Therapy
TECAR Therapy is an advanced, non-invasive treatment designed to accelerate healing, reduce pain, and improve mobility through targeted radiofrequency energy. By stimulating deep tissue repair and increasing circulation, TECAR therapy helps the body recover more efficiently from injury, inflammation, and physical stress.
TECAR therapy is commonly used for sports injuries, muscle strains, tendon pain, joint stiffness, chronic pain conditions, and post-workout recovery. The treatment promotes faster healing by enhancing blood flow, reducing muscle tension, and supporting the body’s natural recovery processes.
At BUILD, Winback TECAR therapy is often integrated into physical therapy and performance treatment plans to help patients move better, recover faster, and return to activity with less pain and restriction. Each treatment is customized to the individual’s injury, recovery goals, and performance needs.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to improve recovery between training sessions, BUILD’s TECAR Therapy provides a safe and effective solution for optimizing movement and performance.

Evan is one of the best bike fitters in the area. He’s meticulous, very knowledgeable, and can trouble shoot any niggle. Go see him!
Dr. Larry was super helpful in identifying the improvements in my bike component set-up that will relieve stress on my back, knees, ankles and shoulders, but also increasing my power and stamina while decreasing detrimental fatigue in my pain points usually from old injuries.
Everyone I've met at BUILD has always been very professional and knowledgeable. This time I saw Evan, who is extremely knowledgeable and particularly gifted at communicating that information to me. I've seen progress and always enjoy my visits! I highly recommend them.
I recently had the pleasure of receiving a comprehensive running gait analysis from Evan, and I couldn't be more impressed with his expertise and professionalism. From start to finish, Evan's dedication to his craft was evident, making my experience truly exceptional. Evan's thorough approach to the analysis was commendable. They really know what they’re doing. I came in for a bike fit after years of discomfort and other previous fits. I thought it was just part of riding to be in some level of pain. They listened to every concern I had and looked at way more than just the basics of a bike. More so, they were very nice and explained the reasoning behind every adjustment, as well as additional PT exercises you can do to make the experience even better. I didn’t realize how comfortable you could be on a bike. Their fit service is worth every dollar.
Build Sports Performance Lab and Physical Therapy has taken good care of me. It started with a bike fit on a triathlon bike, then on a road bike, then mitigating a pinched nerve. The team here is very responsive and cheerful. I love going to appointments.
Today was my second visit to Build with Dr. Larry Meyer, and I'm certain to be a lifelong fan. Dr. Meyer is unsurpassed in his ability to target the underlying causes of even the most complex issues. Then he goes above and beyond to treat the problem and send you home with a plan for further improvement. I'm finally optimistic that I might be able to not only resume my ultra running, but that I'll be stronger doing so.
