This class is designed to make you a stronger, faster, and more resilient runner. We’ll focus on functional strength, agility, and mobility to support efficient running mechanics and reduce injury risk as you train for the Bolder Boulder 10K or other upcoming running events. Expect a mix of lower and upper body and core strength, dynamic balance work, plyometrics, and agility drills that build power and coordination.Â
Whether you’re aiming to finish strong or set a new PR, this class will help you handle race-day fatigue, and feel confident on hills, turns, and changing terrain. All levels welcome—exercises are scalable and runner-focused.Â
