Cost: $200 (includes all 8 sessions)
Due to space and equipment availability, we will not be able to accommodate make-ups or provide refunds for missed classes. If inclement weather causes cancellation of a class, we will have a makeup class at the end of the 8-week block.
This PT-led Cross Training class is designed to elevate your weekly workout routine through a dynamic blend of agility, stability, strength, and mobility exercises.
Whether youβre an experienced athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, this class will help you build a resilient, well-balanced body that performs both in and out of the gym.
Each session emphasizes injury prevention, balanced training, and functional movement, helping you keep doing the activities you love β from running and cycling to hiking and everyday life.
Participants must be medically cleared for physical activity. This class is not suitable for individuals with recent surgeries, fractures, or medical conditions that limit exercise.

Led by a licensed physical therapist, this class prepares your body for the unique demands of skiing and winter movement β improving performance, endurance, and resilience so you can make the most of your time in the snow.
This class combines whole-body strength, core stability, balance, power, and mobility in a targeted workout designed for winter athletes of all kinds.
